Urinary incontinence is inconvenient enough. Tired of flimsy and uncomfortable incontinence clamps? Not interested in having another operation? Sick of going through so many damp incontinence pads? The Pacey Cuff Ultra is here to help you. It is an outstanding tool for male urinary incontinence and it comes with 1 FREE Power Sleeve.

  • The Pacey Cuff Ultra is better than wide, uncomfortable and outdated penile clamps. It is a small circular foam and Velcro band that wraps around you and stops urine from leaking out after you adjust it properly.

  • It is durable and will last at least 6 months - it pays for itself inside of 2 months by saving you from spending so much on disposable pads and pullups. Have you done the math? We have done it for you - start saving by getting your Cuff today.

  • The Pacey Cuff Ultra stops urine while protecting healthy blood flow. Urologists, incontinence nurses and pelvic-floor physiotherapists recommend it worldwide.

  • You will forget it is there because the Pacey Cuff Ultra is light and comfortable. Other male incontinence clamps will get caught in your underwear, chafe and pinch your skin.

  • Did you know that even a dry disposable pad or pullup will often cause skin irritation? Try the Pacey Cuff Ultra combined with the Pacey Cuff ActiveGuard for complete comfort and control.

    Waste of money

    Don't work

    Hello Mr. Mangel,

Sorry to hear you've experienced difficulties with the cuff. Can I help with sizing or adjustment tips? A few adjustments can make a huge difference. Are you using the Power Sleeve? How well do is fit? It is the primary protection against skin pinching and sometimes needs to be fastened on a different side if pinching is still occuring.

The bottom is a critical adjustment, moving it along the strap according to the small numbers to make the device smaller overall might be the trick.

You might find our helpful videos on our website or YouTube beneficial in addressing these issues. Additionally, our excellent customer support team at info@paceycuff.com or 1-877-377-2239 can provide further assistance. Feel free to reach out to them for personalized help.

    New Lease on Life

The product has given me a new lease on life. I've been battling the side effects from radiation treatments and the many medications prescribed to the fight the persistent prostate cancer I can't seem to get rid of although I had a radical prostatectomy 8 years ago. I can wear the Pacey Cuff all day without worrying about leakage. Now I can go anywhere and start enjoying my retirement that I had envisioned! I have one recommendation - I think the Power Sleeve should be a bit heavier so that it provides a much more solid surface to cinch up the Pacey Cuff to and prevent the occasional pinching that can occur. Product beats the hell out of having to change Depends 10 times a day!

Buying this product was the best thing

Buying this product was the best thing I have done finally being dry most of the time is worth every dime works terrific it may take time to get used to but I’m talking a day or two but if you’ve been going through multiple heads day you will absolutely love this product and no I am not being paid by Percy Cuff for the statement it really works better than all the others on the market 👍👍👍

This is the perfect cuff for me

This is the perfect cuff for me. It's comfortable, inconspicuous (unlike clamps, which can be pretty obvious even under clothes) and it controls leakage. If you need help or advice, the company responds quickly. (Amazon sent me the wrong size twice, so I did contact Pacey Med Tech by phone.) A little attention to fit and position is desirable when first wearing the cuff, but after that it's a simple matter to position it correctly.

They really stand behind their product

They really stand behind their product. My husband had just bought his second cuff and had some trouble with it. When I called and explained the issue they replaced it immediately and it arrived in our mail box about 4 days later. The cuff gives him so much more confidence to get outdoors and in public. Thanks so much.

This cuff works better than any clamp

This cuff works better than any clamp that basically just flattens you and cuts off blood flow in the process. It applies pressure equally at all points of the circumference while still allowing proper circulation which ensures an almost unnoticeable comfortable fit.

    FAQs

    +What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Visit our Return Policy page to learn more.
+How does the Pacey Cuff work?
The Pacey Cuff uses a urethral pressure pad (bottom) to apply pressure to the urethra and stop the flow of urine. The top of the Pacey Cuff ensures the circulation in the penis is not blocked.
+How long can I wear the Pacey Cuff?
The Pacey Cuff is primarily for day use. Lessen the compression of the Pacey Cuff at night when there is less need for control. Please discuss the use of the device over a 24 hour period with a medical professional.
+Is the Pacey Cuff covered by insurance?
Yes! In the United States the Pacey Cuff falls under the Medicare HCPCS Code A4356 - External Urethral Clamp or Compression device and you can get $45-55 USD back depending on where you live. Download the Medicare form here: Medicare Form.
In Canada, the Pacey Cuff may be covered by extended health such as Pacific Blue Cross or Sun Life. In all cases, reimbursement will depend on your specific policy.
+How do I know what size to buy?
Using a soft tape measure, measure the circumference mid-shaft of the penis, behind the head. Based on that number you can then choose the best size. If your measurement falls on the cusp between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. For example if your measurement is 4" (10cm) circumference, you would order the Large size.
