  • Buying the Paceycuff was the best thing, it's excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered and received the Pacey Cuff about a week ago after a continuing incontinence problem due to a bulking procedure. After getting used to it and making adjustments, I have found this device better than any of the other clamps I have tried. I work out vigorously three times a week as well as going to the golf driving range. This Pacey Cuff does the job better than I expected.

  • This is the perfect Cuff for me ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the perfect cuff for me. It's comfortable, inconspicuous (unlike clamps, which can be pretty obvious even under clothes) and it controls leakage. If you need help or advice, the company responds quickly. (Amazon sent me the wrong size twice, so I did contact Pacey Med Tech by phone.) A little attention to fit and position is desirable when first wearing the cuff, but after that it's a simple matter to position it correctly.

  • They really stand behind their product ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My husband had just bought his first cuff and had some trouble with it. When I called and explained the issue they took the time to understand what was going on and offered great support including links to their videos. The cuff gives him so much more confidence to get outdoors and in public. Thanks so much.

  • This Cuff works better than any clamp ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clamps basically just flatten you and cut off blood flow in the process. The cuff applies pressure equally at all points of the circumference while still allowing proper circulation which ensures an almost unnoticeable comfortable fit.

Game Changer

My incontinence for the last 5 years after having a prostatectomy has been really bad. I was using up to 5 pads a day and at times wearing both briefs and pads at the same time. At times of high stress incontinence; cutting the grass, working in the yard, gardening and riding my bike, I would have little to no control of my bladder. All of this stopped when I found Pacey Cuff. No more embarrassing moments
I tried other clamps and found them very uncomfortable; the device would often shift on my penis and not stop the leaking. This approach was no better than using pads. I even investigated the artificial sphincter implant. Research indicates that the implant is not 100% and can cause issues that require additional surgeries later on. I am 80 years old and do not need more surgery.
I have been wearing the Pacey Cuff for about 3 weeks. This cuff has been a game changer for me. In the beginning, I had a difficult time getting the device to fit without any pinching. Customer support answered all of my questions and provided me with the tools to get the most out of the Pacey Cuff. In the last week I have been able to reduce my pads down to 2 and sometimes one a day. When I get a pinch, the problem is solved with little adjustment. I am wearing a #2 cuff with a #3 comfort band. Most of my problems cleared up by switching from #2 Comfort Band to #3. I wear the cuff all day and take it off at night when sleeping.
I recommend this product. If you used a 3 to 5 pads a day like I did your total cost will be less. If you use insurance you may not have any cost at all.

Pacey Cuff Ultra

I started using the Pacey Cuff Ultra and it took me a little while to get it to fit just right. Since it's just us men, here's a story about my first experience: The first time I put it on I think it was a little too tight, though I did not realize it until I went to remove it! The reason why I thought it was tight was because the very first time I went to remove it I was standing at a public urinal in the Men's Room and I unfastened it and immediately a powerful urine stream exited my penis (thank goodness the urinal was right there because it took me a moment to direct myself while pee shot out!) So basically, a large amount of urine was waiting in my penis and I could not feel it because there was a little lack of feeling within my shaft at that point. Once I finished urinating I took my time placing the cuff back on to ensure it was not as tight. I felt a little awkward when other men saw me doing this but they were my age and older so I'm sure they did not give it a second thought! Anyway, once I refastened it, it continued feeling comfortable and the next time I went to take it off I stood at home in front of the toilet just in case and my stream did NOT immediately shoot out, it just exited as normal once I was ready and had myself aimed. Phew!

Great solution for incontinence

I was using 6 maxi pads daily following radical prostatectomy, and with the Pacey Cuff I use one. Yes, there is a learning curve, but with a little patience, it will solve the problem. I highly recommend it.

Frequently Asked Questions

The Pacey Cuff uses a urethral pressure pad (bottom) to apply pressure to the urethra and stop the flow of urine. The top of the Pacey Cuff ensures the circulation in the penis is not blocked.

Using a soft tape measure, measure the circumference mid-shaft of the penis, behind the head. Based on that number you can then choose the best size. If your measurement falls on the cusp between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. For example if your measurement is 4" (10cm) circumference, you would order the Large size.

The Pacey Cuff is primarily for day use. Lessen the compression of the Pacey Cuff at night when there is less need for control. Please discuss the use of the device over a 24 hour period with a medical professional.

In the United States the Pacey Cuff falls under the HCPCS Code A4356

- External urethral clamp or compression device.
