Pacey Cuff Warranty
Replacements (if applicable)
Pacey Cuff products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 6 months. In the case of a defect, well lit and in focus photos of the issue shall be supplied via email in order to initiate the replacement process.
Email the photos to returns@paceycuff.com and describe the issue the best you can. Please include your 4 digit order number, first and last name.
After supplying all of this information we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and will provide additional instructions within 2-4 business days.
Please note that any orders made anywhere other than our website must be returned according to the policies of those companies.
Refunds (if applicable)
In cases of ease-of-use or performance issues, refunds are not guaranteed. In these cases please provide the circumference measurement used to make the order, and as well as the top and bottom numbers the device was tried with.
Note that it is essential that before ordering a Pacey Cuff you must take a circumference measurement and get the correct size. In addition you must ensure you have the minimum length required for that size, otherwise you will not receive a full refund. Use the size chart, get help from info@paceycuff.com if needed.
When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@paceycuff.com or call 1-877-377-2239.
Returns and Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to receive returns or exchanges. Do not ship anything to Pacey MedTech Ltd, it will be refused upon delivery at your expense.
