Pacey MedTech products are fully warranted against manufacturers defects for 6 months.

Please email us at returns@paceycuff.com with some well lit, in focus photos and they reason why you are returning it. Please include your 4 digit order number, first and last name. If you're returning a Pacey Cuff include the circumference measurement used to make the order, and lastly the top and bottom numbers the device was set to.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Upon receipt of request that includes all of the required information, if needed we will provide additional instructions within 24 hours.

Please note that any orders made anywhere other than our website must be returned according to the policies of those companies.

Refunds (if applicable)

When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@paceycuff.com or call 1-877-377-2239.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to process exchanges.

If you wish to try a different size Pacey Cuff Ultra, please contact our Customer Support team and they will help you get the correct size.
