Pacey MedTech products are fully warranted against manufacturers defects. We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase.

Please email us at returns@paceycuff.com with some reasoning behind the need to return it. Please include your 4 digit order number, first and last name, size received, circumference measurement used to make the order, and lastly the top and bottom numbers the device was set to and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Upon receipt of request, we will provide return instructions within 24 hours.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

Please note that any orders made through amazon.com or amazon.ca must be returned according to their policies. We are unable to process any amazon returns. 

Refunds (if applicable)

When approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are only possible for the Pacey Cuff device. Clothing items such as the Pacey Cuff ActiveGuard, Comfort Band, Power Sleeve, Jock, Absorbent Pads or any underwear are final sale. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at returns@paceycuff.com or call 1-877-377-2239.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to process exchanges.

If you wish to try a different size Pacey Cuff, please contact our Customer Support team and they will provide you with your options.
