Please email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Upon receipt of request, we will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Please note that any orders made through amazon.com or amazon.ca must be returned according to their policies. We are unable to process any amazon returns.
Returns should be sent to: Pacey MedTech, 1099 West 8th Avenue, Suite 203, Vancouver BC V6H 1C3 Canada and reference your RMA.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are only possible for the Pacey Cuff device. Clothing items such as the Pacey Cuff Guard or the BN3ATH underwear are final sale.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to process exchanges.
If you wish to try a different size Pacey Cuff, please contact our Customer Support team and they will provide you with your options.

Be sure to include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice with your shipment as well as reference the RMA number.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
