Pacey Cuff Ultra

Incontinence is inconvenient enough. An excellent urinary incontinence product should ease your discomfort, not create more. The Pacey Cuff Ultra is an outstanding product for male urinary incontinence for the following unique reasons:
  • Pacey Cuff Ultra stops urine without putting pressure on and restricting blood flow.
  • Pacey Cuff Ultra feels light and comfy on the penis. Other male incontinence clamps often get caught in your underwear and pinch the skin.
  • The Pacey Cuff Ultra is unlike wide, uncomfortable and outdated penile clamps. It is a smaller circular band that wraps around your penis and does not cause you discomfort.
  • It is durable (lasting at least 6 months) and it pays for itself through savings from no longer needing as many pads and diapers.

    New Lease on Life

The product has given me a new lease on life. I've been battling the side effects from radiation treatments and the many medications prescribed to the fight the persistent prostate cancer I can't seem to get rid of although I had a radical prostatectomy 8 years ago. I can wear the Pacey Cuff all day without worrying about leakage. Now I can go anywhere and start enjoying my retirement that I had envisioned! I have one recommendation - I think the Power Sleeve should be a bit heavier so that it provides a much more solid surface to cinch up the Pacey Cuff to and prevent the occasional pinching that can occur. Product beats the hell out of having to change Depends 10 times a day!

Works great but order a size up if you have an implant.

I had a radical prostatectomy October 3rd and as a result I have urinary incontinence .I had to wear Depends and change them at least 5 times a day.I do my pelvic floor exercises and now only wear Depends at night, during the day I wear pads (about 2 or 3).I found the Pacey Cuff and ordered one. It's easy to use and it works great.Circumference of my flacid penis is 4" so according to sizing chart, I ordered a Medium, which worked great but difficult to get the right fit to stop leaks because I have a penile implant. My penis is a little more solid than penis without an implant.I should have ordered Large to accommodate the extra firmness.I received my large Cuff yesterday and wore it today, it's much more comfortable and easy to adjust.

    FAQs

    +What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30 days of purchase. Visit our Return Policy page to learn more.
+How does the Pacey Cuff work?
The Pacey Cuff uses a urethral pressure pad (bottom) to apply pressure to the urethra and stop the flow of urine. The top of the Pacey Cuff ensures the circulation in the penis is not blocked.
+How long can I wear the Pacey Cuff?
The Pacey Cuff is primarily for day use. Lessen the compression of the Pacey Cuff at night when there is less need for control. Please discuss the use of the device over a 24 hour period with a medical professional.
+Is the Pacey Cuff covered by insurance?
Yes! In the United States the Pacey Cuff falls under the Medicare HCPCS Code A4356 - External Urethral Clamp or Compression device and you can get $45-55 USD back depending on where you live. Download the Medicare form here: Medicare Form.
In Canada, the Pacey Cuff may be covered by extended health such as Pacific Blue Cross or Sun Life. In all cases, reimbursement will depend on your specific policy.
+How do I know what size to buy?
Using a soft tape measure, measure the circumference mid-shaft of the penis, behind the head. Based on that number you can then choose the best size. If your measurement falls on the cusp between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. For example if your measurement is 4" (10cm) circumference, you would order the Large size.
