Control the leaks. Get back to your day.
The Pacey Comfort Cuff helps men manage urinary leakage with all-day comfort, while protecting healthy blood flow. Discreet, reusable, and recommended by urologists and physiotherapists worldwide.
See if the Comfort Cuff is right for you
If leaks have started deciding your days, you're not alone
Urinary leakage is common after prostate surgery and with age, and it says nothing about how strong or capable you are. Many men quietly step back from the things they enjoy: a round of golf, a long walk, travel, time with friends. It doesn't have to be that way. With the right support, the leaks can move to the background, so you can focus on the day in front of you.

Why it's different
Comfort that other clamps can't offer
Most incontinence clamps work by flattening the penis and cutting off blood flow, which is why they can be uncomfortable and can only be worn for short stretches. The Pacey Comfort Cuff was designed differently. It applies gentle, targeted pressure to the urethra to stop the leak, while its fenestrated hood allows normal blood flow, so it stays comfortable enough for all-day wear.
Light, metal and latex free, and travel friendly. Many men say they almost forget they're wearing it.
How it works
Simple to use, once you get the feel for it
The Comfort Cuff uses a soft urethral pressure pad on the underside to stop the flow, while the fenestrated hood on top is designed to allow healthy circulation. It works alongside your Kegel exercises, and it's reusable, discreet and easy to travel with. Two short videos walk you through applying and adjusting it.

Recommended by urologists and physiotherapists worldwide.
"I have found this device better than any of the other clamps I have tried. I work out vigorously three times a week and go to the golf driving range, and the Pacey Cuff does the job better than I expected."
"Clamps basically just flatten you and cut off blood flow in the process. The Cuff ensures an almost unnoticeable, comfortable fit."
"As a physician, I'll admit I was initially skeptical. But after giving it a chance, I was genuinely surprised. It's easy to use, comfortable, and effective, far beyond what I expected. A true game changer in managing urinary incontinence."
"As a pelvic therapist, I have recommended the Pacey Cuff to patients for over a year, and have begun recommending it to other therapists too. It's a great tool to get men to where they want to be."

Common questions
How does the Comfort Cuff work?
It uses a urethral pressure pad on the underside to apply gentle pressure to the urethra and stop the flow of urine. The fenestrated hood on top is designed to allow normal penile blood flow.
How do I know what size to buy?
Using a soft tape measure, measure the circumference mid-shaft, behind the head. Choose the size that matches that number. If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger one. There's a size chart to guide you.
How long can I wear it?
The Comfort Cuff is primarily for day use. Ease the compression at night, when there's less need for control. Please discuss use over a full 24-hour period with a medical professional.
How do I clean it?
Use warm water and a mild, moisturizer-free hand soap, then air-dry. A soft-bristled brush helps with the Velcro. Many men add a second Cuff (the Comfort Kit) to wear while the other is drying.
Is it covered by insurance?
In the US it falls under HCPCS code A4356 (external urethral clamp), with a Medicare claim path. In Canada it may be covered by extended health plans. Reimbursement depends on your specific policy.
Is it guaranteed?
Yes. The Comfort Cuff comes with a 6-month manufacturing warranty, and it is built to last with proper care. If you have any issue, reach out and our team will help.
