For healthcare professionals
An external continence option your patients can wear comfortably, all day
The Pacey Comfort Cuff is a registered external urethral compression device for men with stress or post-prostatectomy urinary incontinence. It is designed to occlude the urethra while preserving penile perfusion, so patients can tolerate longer daily wear and stay adherent.

The clinical challenge
Adherence fails when the device is uncomfortable
Conventional penile clamps achieve continence by circumferentially compressing the shaft, which can impede blood flow and cause discomfort, skin changes and short tolerated wear times. For patients working through pelvic floor rehabilitation after prostatectomy, a device they cannot comfortably keep on undermines both quality of life and adherence.
The Comfort Cuff was engineered to address that trade-off directly: effective urethral occlusion with a design intended to preserve circulation.

Mechanism of action
Targeted occlusion, preserved perfusion
Rather than flattening the shaft, the Comfort Cuff applies focal pressure through a soft urethral pressure pad on the ventral surface to occlude the urethra, while a fenestrated hood over the dorsal aspect is designed to allow continued penile blood flow.
A micro-adjust tension system lets the patient dial in the minimum effective compression along a numbered strap, supporting a safer pressure-to-perfusion balance during extended daytime wear.
Metal and latex free, reusable, and intended for day use with compression eased overnight.
Where it fits
A practical option within a continence pathway
During rehabilitation
Can be used alongside pelvic floor muscle training to reduce leakage episodes while continence recovers, without interfering with the exercises.
For daytime control
Designed for day use and activity, with compression eased at night. Patients are advised to discuss full 24-hour use with their clinician.
When adherence matters
Comfort-first design supports longer tolerated wear, which can help patients stay consistent with external management.
What clinicians tell us
"As a physician, I'll admit I was initially skeptical. But after giving it a chance, I was genuinely surprised. It's easy to use, comfortable, and effective, far beyond what I expected. A true game changer in managing urinary incontinence."
"As a pelvic therapist, I have recommended the Pacey Cuff to patients for over a year, and have begun recommending it to other therapists too. It's a great tool to get men to where they want to be."

Sizing and getting started
Sizing is based on a relaxed mid-shaft circumference measurement, then confirming the minimum length required for that size. Patients do best with about a week of short daily practice on the bottom-strap adjustment, wearing a pad as a backup during that period. Correct size and adjustment are the main drivers of both comfort and effectiveness.
Application and adjustment videos are available to support onboarding, and our team can help your patients directly with fit questions.
